The distance between most attraction points and the city centre is a 10-minute drive. Metro stations are even spread across Warsaw and pass through the Mokotów neighbourhood. This enables increased accessibility throughout the whole of Warsaw.


The population here are mostly bourgeois, middle-class working families and individuals. Moreover, providing the base for many of Poland’s foreign embassies. This quarter includes several high-end shopping centres (including Galeria Mokotów) alongside luxuriant parks, and many international companies have chosen to locate their offices at the quarter’s business and technology park (Mordor).
