The Ochota Quarter is situated to the west of the Wisla River, and it borders the City Centre Quarter. 85,000 residents living in Ochota, and It serves mostly for residential and commerce. The journey between Ochota to the city centre takes some 10 minutes, and the Mordor hi-tech park situeted some 7 minutes drive from it.


Park Szczesliwicki, located in the heart of the Quarter, is one of the most impressive parks in Warsaw, attracting residents from all over the city. The Zlote Terasy, one of the most architecturally impressive shopping malls in Europe, is also located on the outskirts of the Quarter, attracting tourists visiting the city. Poland’s National Library (which was founded at the end of the 18th century) is still standing today in the Quarter. Also, the only artificial ski slope in Warsaw is located within the Quarter borders.
